Dadurch, dass es ihnen möglich wird, vom Wald zu leben, liegt es fortan in ihrem ureigensten Interesse, diesen Wald zu erhalten.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSeit der Ernte 2006\/07 ist der Wildkaffee als solcher bio- und fairtrade-zertifiziert, zudem wurden gemeinsam mit den Kaffeebauern Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Ernte- und Verarbeitungsprozesse entwickelt.
